Welcome! We're so glad you're here. We pray that you feel God's presence all around you no matter your circumstances. It seems that the past few weeks have been hectic and strange at best. It's so easy nowadays to become overwhelmed, exhausted, and discouraged. Have you felt that recently? Like your mind can't keep up with what needs to be done next? Our routines are off, schedules are changed, each day is filled with uncertainties. We don't know what record setting event is coming our way next. But today, we can find comfort in Isaiah 40. As we are scrambling trying to keep up with life, it's easy to stray away from giving God our time. Church services and bible studies have been cancelled recently and without those things it can be hard to maintain that spiritual connection on our own. It leaves us feeling tired and weary. As we read this scripture though, we are reminded that God doesn't get tired. Not only that, He gives HIS strength to the ones of us that do. All we have to do is run back to Him. Put our trust in the Lord! Find our hope in Him. No matter what is going on around us or how hectic the day might seem, He is in control and He is never surprised about what's happening. No matter the weather. No matter your work. No matter how chaotic your home may feel. No matter how messed up our routines are. No matter your health. No matter what you're facing. God knows it all. He is in control of it all and HE doesn't get tired of handling any of it. He understands it all! The creator of the ends of the earth! Wow. Do you not know, have you not heard that that's the God we serve! What a comfort. So, our encouragement for you today is that if you are feeling this way, take it to God. Pour your heart out to Him. Trust that HE is in control and that HE will take care of you and whatever you are going through. That is where our hope comes from. Just think about the eagles. How beautifully they soar through the sky. Effortless. That can be us soaring through life if we give it all to God. That doesn't mean we can just sit back and be lazy. We have to do our part, face the mountains, tackle the tasks, walk the walk, run the race. But know that God is walking with you every step of the way. Find your strength in Him. That's a rest that this world can't offer, one that renews the mind and soul. We pray that is what you find today!
